I watched Rasputin come up from the basement last Winter and drop a live mouse at my feet.
I proceeded to tell him what an excellent cat he was and negotiate with him to finish the job. Which he did - while his two "siblings" who were not with their Moms long enough to learn how to mouse - sat by entranced by what he was doing.
He's done it a few more times. The buggers get in through the cellar hatch - despite the silicone bead. Despite the door sweep and guards. Despite the mouse traps.
At least Raz has a murderous heart!

I think my cats would be hysterical to watch with a mouse. I think I'd be hysterical watching them with a mouse, how the hell did a mouse get in my house?
