Update on my little girl I rescued.
Been a couple of weeks and she’s finally feeling safe and made herself right at home. I call her Queenie ( her name was Quincy) close enough.
She has lots of toys , a tower and her own bed. Made her a perch to watch the birds out the window. She only hides now when someone visits.
She comes right out to me when I come home from work and chats back and forth .
Although I was reluctant getting another pet after my hubby passed and our two elder kitty’s passed not long after . But she needed a home after her owner passed and it ended up we needed each other.
Queenie looks brave now grateful you abandoned the racist John Quincy Adams slur....my Service Cats Kiti6&Laila9 need me just as much as I need them....happy family HippieGypsy
Good for both of you. She's a beauty.
She looks sweet. I am glad you found each other.

Posted by LaurenI thought this was an accurate representation of how we feel every time we remember our last cat, which happens often when my daughter and I laugh over our current cat's antics.
