I'm always short of Germany stilh chainsaw saws and parts due to supply storage. It effects everything esle also. Feels like a worldwide Civil wars run by the super rich which in the long run will not prevail.

War is not just about the battlefield unless one is using a very narrow view. For instance in siege warfare one side may surrender without any combat. Viewed in a certain light propaganda could be interpreted as warfare, this is especially true in the modern world with bots spreading misinformation on a massive scale. Hacking by foreign or domestic sources also could be construed as a form of warfare.
