Personally I think the real danger is social media and the unceasing shift to the court of public opinion.
The media of course is doing what it has done before, giving free air time to trump and his supporters while down playing what biden has tried to do to get all the other parts of the economy outside of the stock market up and running.
When all the news about Meadows broke NONE of the right wing media (fox, oann, newsmax, etc.) covered it. But they aired the fuck outta what Watters said about kill shots and the like on Fauci and Pelosi.
Sadly when all the people who actually support a democratic republic such as we have here in the U.S. do NOT exercise their right to free speech we put that style of government at risk.
