Documentaries you should see

This is a place where I'd love to hear about the documentaries that moved you emotionally or made you want to look into or study something. Real life is more fascinating than fiction. What should I see?

I love food documentaries. I really liked Cooked with Michael Pollan which is available on Netflix. Ugly Delicious with David Chan was also very good.

"Chasing Coral" is about the bleaching and dying of the coral reefs around the world. Terribly sad, but interesting and important. Also, "Chasing Ice" shows the increasing rate of glaciers receding in most of the world.

I watched a very interesting documentary, about a year ago. I highly recomend it, The Lovings. It's about an interracial couple, that were married over ago. I think tat they made a film based on the documentary.
