Running in the rain!
Today I did my 3 mile loop dragging the dog with me. It was nice there was only a very few people on the Greenway, I didn't have to stop and let the hound jump in at creek crossings Which according to my app I've been using was our new personal record for this course.
It was wet cold and miserable, but there were still other people, Stroller Nazi's, bike riders runners and walkers not a lot but a few.
I was thinking back to the summer when it was in the 90's temp and humidity, and there was nobody but me and the dog and the horde of bugs that would escort us. Makes me wonder if hot weather is the worst of all seasons?
