Lamb gyro w/ fries from The Mad Greek Cafe in Baker, CA. There's also a Mad Greek in Las Vegas. I highly recommend you check it out if you're ever in either city. They make the best gyros I have ever had!

Cheese burgers with fried sweet onions and chopped tomatoes... Hamburgers we're dusted in black pepper and fried in a bit of veg oil... The Black pepper prevents sticking to the pan and I love pepper anyway lol.
