Well, some people have enemies and are scared of them. More troublesome when they are potentially your next of kin
The world is starting to see the importance of this program. States that recognize this are increasing and New Mexico is about to be added to the growing list.
When I wrote a letter that appeared in all 3 of our local papers (and I shared it here several times) our local pharmacist thanked me. He said the big problem is so few even know of the existence of this important program.

I completely sympathize with people that are just sick and tired and just want the commercial to end.
Our kindness is cruel, we treat our pets better.

It’s time the U.K. stopped ruling against it too. It will eventually happen, but in the meantime it’s an affront to human dignity to keep denying it and making it a criminal offence to assist a loved one who is in desperation.
