Hi my fellow sitemates…I have just watched this video on YouTube and it terrifies me to think that these people being interviewed at DT’s “big beautiful birthday military parade”were born with the same capabilities of thought process as the rest of us, and yet they seem unable to use that faculty. I do realise they are probably all hard-right MAGA supporters and not your average US citizen, but my condolences go out to all my American friends who have to live in the same country as these demented and deluded individuals. It’s horrific to think these cognitively challenged individuals are voters of the USA. One remark left by a viewer of the video struck me as truth…”it’s like an openair dementia facility!!”…..
I am not going to watch this because Blood Pressure....I Know what they are going to sound like and every day I am more & more glad I am old.
Sorry….didn’t intend any additional distress!
Where is a cluster bomb when you need some chlorine in the gene pool?...
They are probably into TV evangelists too. He did run on an antiwar platform and quite a few MAGA's are not happy, like podcaster types. Just saying the shine is fading from this tangerine turd for many MAGA types. They are gullible to a point. Some are gullible forever, both sides of politics.
The Democrats lost for a reason, it wasn't all Trump's brilliance. Doesn't seem to be a great deal of self reflection so it doesn't happen again though, just sulking.
This level of stupid is unbelievable, and their confidence in their stupidity is quite impressive. The ability for critical thought is obviously missing in a large percentage of our population.
We’ve got our own version of MAGA supporters here in the UK…in the ones who vote for The Reform Party. They’ve made big gains recently in the Local elections for city & county councils. They even managed to get a handful of MPs elected to Parliament…their leader is Nigel Farage an admirer of Trump!
@Marionville That is how the Returdlican Party grew their base here over time at the local level, While the Democrats were always focusing on the big prize, the Presidency.
The fact is the US is a rogue nation, attacking a fellow sovereign UN member nation whilst negotiations were ongoing. UN Charter laws which were drafted by the USA broken and now ignored.
Iran is talking to the UN, the US ignores and undermines. I think Iran will go the legal route, with BRICS support, to isolate the US. They have already started, informing the UN their legal retaliation to US aggression is hitting Qatar's US base, all legal unlike the US strike.
If a general war comes, I think "The West" is going to have real problems motivating their populations to fight as what will we be defending? Israeli aggression and maintaining Western European US dominance/ hegemony? Not too motivating whereas the other side will have incentive to fight for the right to determine their own destinies minus US/ Western interference.
Yes…I don’t disagree with some of what you say, under Trump the USA has become an unreliable ally to the west, and an unpredictable and capricious player on the world stage. He is doing Netanyahu’s bidding in the case of bombiing Iran, and by withdrawing support to Zelensky he’s facilitating Putin’s landgrab on Ukraine. His election this time around has turned what were already two very serious and dangerous conflagrations into infinitely worse scenarios….especially by involving the USA directly into the Israel/Iran mess.
@Marionville not so confident the conflicts would be any better under a Harris/ Waltz admin in the USA. Esp Ukraine where Trump seems to counter French and UK desires to escalate, undeniable proof this is a proxy war.
Israel has become the West's icon now, the last colony. The downfall of Israel will be the downfall of the West I feel. Our leaders seem to know this, which is why Israeli excesses are tolerated. Borders drawn by colonial powers will change in the next decades I also feel.
The world is in a state of flux and the powerful fight to retain control and dominance. The flux being our debt driven financial system reaching its end game, technological advances outpacing society and weapons of war becoming automated without human control. The gap between first and third world is not so great anymore. Too many consumers on a finite world.
BRICS nations are very optimistic about the future whereas our societies are very pessimistic with all doom and gloom; climate change, housing affordability etc etc. One side inspires with advances, the other has had its run, the days of inspiring others to follow their example long gone.
@puff Your BRICS couldn't afford a blowjob from a street prostitute in Russia....
"The fact is the US is a rogue nation, attacking a fellow sovereign UN member nation whilst negotiations were ongoing. UN Charter laws which were drafted by the USA broken and now ignored.
You mean they are doing what Russia did and you approve of?... Well at least the US and Israel aren't intentionally bombing civilians and committing other terrorist acts and violations of the laws of war...
@Lizard_of_Ahaz "Well at least the US and Israel aren't intentionally bombing civilians and committing other terrorist acts and violations of the laws of war..."
What rock do you live under?
@puff Typical supporter of terrorism always projecting...
