That's a somewhat vague statement that probably can be applied to anyone, introverted or otherwise. By nature, introversion means introverts spend more time with their own thoughts, as opposed to being "out there" with other people, engaging in social activities. If the statement implies that introverts rely more on their intuitive abilities to process sensory data and come to better understanding, I suppose that's the case simply based on what it means to be an introvert. And why not say "to make sense of the past, present, and future"?
My attempts to make sense of the present and future have as yet been unsuccessful, no matter how quiet and thoughtful I am.
