Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.When I bought my place , there were ferns planted in the back yard . We had a very cold night and they died . I replaced them with Tennessee Ostrich Ferns , which can survive lower temperatures . Then this year , we had a week of below freezing temperatures . It did a real number on most of my plants , and I thought many were permanently goners . It took a bit lnger than I anticipated , but they are coming back from the roots .

Mine were really mashed up from the big snow/freeze we had. Ferns are good at coming back!
