This was taken in Arizona many years ago, don't remember the name of the cactus but it has beautiful blooms.

OOOOHH! Fishhook cactus!! I had one like this YEAR'S ago. I found it in the desert around Yuma and took it home. It loved catching me when I got too close and then forgot to NOT pull back. Eventually I turned it over to a greenhouse owned when I had a little kid running around the house. Would have returned it to the desert but I had moved from Arizona, back to Kansas and it would not have survived in the wild here. It is beautiful.

Stunning. I used to keep flowering cacti myself. There's nothing like them.

I think, if I remember my excursions up in Huachuca Canyon... that is a rainbow cactus.
