I've seen them with the cotton balls but never the bloom, it's quite pretty.

That's amazing! I had no idea that cotton bloomed at night......... but I've never lived within cooee of a place where it's grown. How long do the flowers remain before they die off and turn into the cotton ball?
This is organic so I can't say how long the flower will be around. Not long, maybe a week is my guess.
I just now checked yesterday's bloom and it's gone. It may have been pollinated or it may just be how this particular variety of organic cotton blooms?? I have some green cotton seed that I may try next year!
