While we’re on a roll about daylilies 
. Last year I picked this one then photographed it inside the house, in tiny bottle with water, from an angle straight from the top ... check out those ruffled edges! And in the right light one can see the glimmer of gold on the ruffled edges ... this one is a huge fav of mine
