They are one of the worst things to have around bee hives uncontrolled they can destroy a hive in 2 or 3 nights. A family of skunks can do in a whole bee yard in a week.

Found a photo. One of my albino raccoons and my albino skunk.

Wow that is really beautiful albino animals

Where did you get them? they are so beautiful.

@kenriley I bought them at an Amish exotic animal auction in Ohio.

Thank you, little buddies.

They can have alll the space they want!

Yep I stay away from them but they are cute

A friend of mine had a pet skunk it was so sweet once it got to trust you.

They are very cute little animal

They are around on the farm, I'm keeping my hopes up that Thor doesn't see one. but I do have a big supply of tomato juice just in case.

My friend's dog got ahold of one or should I say it got a hold of him PU it took her forever to get the smell out. Hopefully Thor does not find one.

Tomato juice neutralises the smell?

@FrayedBear Yes not completely, but does help a lot.

@kenriley we don't have them here.

Been told they make good pets...once de-fumed. Like ferrets but more cute.

I had a friend that had a pet raccoon but I bet a skunk would even be better they're so cute.

I"ve had an albino skunk as a pet before. They aren't very similar to ferrets at all, but soft. Mine was funny when she got irritated with me for whatever reason. She would stomp at me with her front feet while backing up. Short charge and repeat. Makes me laugh thinking about it. She was a good pet. Ended up giving her to a lady that already owned 15 skunks. She later told me that she had entered the skunk in some sort of beauty contest (?) and had won. She was pretty.

I remember a time my family went camping at Elkmont (on the way to Cades Cove in the Smoky's). Mom was sitting at the picnic table reading late one evening when she felt something rub up against her like a cat. She, of course, didn't move. She looked down, and ... She's was calm when she told us about it the next day. No lingering smell either!

When we used to go camping they would come into our Campground we would just ignore him and they did just fine. That is a wonderful story and a great memory you have.

I'm all for that. And snakes.
