Your tiny house, right? You have to keep us updated on the progress. ?

Yup. Totally off grid. It's going to be... interesting.

That looks like a high tunnel hoop house. We put one up last winter in a friends house. It was 26'W x 72'L x 14' to 16' H. The ribs are the easy part. The covering and doors took a lot longer. What will you grow in this (the neighbor wants to grow marijuana).

This will actually be a passive solar heater for a tiny house built I side it.

I'm so jealous!! We've just begun winter in my neck of the woods.

I'm still sleeping with the windows open. Unseasonably warm in Texas this December.

What is it going to be? Greenhouse?

MsHoliday Level 8 Dec 16, 2018

It's actually going to be my tiny house.

@farmboy2017 that sounds interesting. So many people enjoy living small. I lived in a 19 foot van for three months. I found we really don’t need much to live and be happy.

@Holiday I'm headed back to my land...tired of town livin'.

@farmboy2017 "Treehouses, tiny homes and natural building" in case you don't know.?

@RavenCT Thank you, I joined.

@farmboy2017 What a great little house it will be. I am thinking of building a tiny house next year after I sell this big one that I don't need anymore. My youngest son is going to buy some land in Needville and thinks I should have my tiny home built on his land. Just hope the bottom doesn't fall out from our economy next year so I can sell my home.

@Redheadedgammy I bought my land back in '96. Now that I'm single again I'm going to homestead the place.

@farmboy2017 good for you! How nice to have your own land and the privacy that goes with it. Thats what I want, no neighbors and privacy.

@Redheadedgammy I'm 20 miles out of town on a dirt road!!
