If I'm going to spend a month making something, it is going to have a kick and not have to throw away 90 %.. wine/cider yay.
@MissKathleen Thy used to start calling in November since I would do about 40 gallons of pomegranate wine. right now I've got two gallons of cider that ought to be ready in a few days and a gallon each of strawberry and mango. If they ever lift this quarantine, I'll bring you a bottle of the best I make this year.
If I saw that in my kitchen I'd freak out and pour bleach on it.
