I repeatedly marvel at the expectations of queer people who chose to immerse themselves in conservative circles. What do they expect? Log-cabin Republicans are a case in point , expressing surprise that the GOP is happy to take their money while it shits on their requests for queer-tolerant policies. As for this author, I missed it if he explained what his personal religious viewpoints are, but I imagine them to be Christian. That at least would explain his massive blindspot in trusting his employers to treat him with any respect. Ah religion!
