Kim Kardashian throws a surprise 40th birthday party for herself and select friends on a private tropical island while claiming (with a straight face apparently) that the all the friends "took two weeks of COVID isolation and testing before the party".
So just how surprised were they after waiting for two weeks?

like trump she manufactures a reality that followers eat up.
As I recall, a few years ago she complained that some one stole unauthorized Christmas pix from her. She said she was upset about the invasion of her family's privacy.
HOWEVER, it turned out the pix were out takes from the recording of her "Real Kardashian Christmas special" that she was filming in July.
