I used to attend a Chinese "ayce" every week. The proprietress advised me "don't pile your plate up, just keep coming back for manageable portions (ie. They on't go cold before you consume it). I suspect that not only did I taste each dish available but also ate more tan thode with a 10"mound ontheir plates. Eating over a 2-3 hour timespan also did not result in bloat or indigestion.
