His name is Steven Crowder and he runs a conservative political channel on YouTube. His videos were investigated in 2019 over his repeated use of racist and homophobic slurs to describe journalist Carlos Maza.
His channel was also demonetized after violating YouTube's presidential election integrity policy for questioning the legitimacy of election results.
