Yes...aging sucks...I can't even do leg lifts on my Total gym without hurting myself...

I have not been in a gym in my life x so far , besides basketball / coaching and I am amazed with people who do .
@Pralina1 One thing you got going for you is that you're slim. I think that's the root - the key to longevity. I've gained weight...I'm on a bit of a smarter diet now....but 'it isn't easy ...
