@Snickers77 that is a good question, and it usually isn't asked until it's too late.
If that were true the Pentagon budget wouldn't need an extra $600 billion this year and this past week trump ordered another 15000 troops.
I'm starting to think Eisenhower was right about that military industrial complex thing. They're out of control, unaccountable to anyone and untouchable.
