No, only 99% of the world laughed. Yeah his "accomplishments" are far better than Norman Borlog's. Most people have never heard of him, but it's estimated that he saved over a BILLION peoples lives.

For years he's claimed that the rest of the world was laughing at us, & only he could fix that. So, in a way, he was proved correct, unfortunately, we get dragged down with him. Can anyone remember any other president who was laughed at by the UN?
