Nothing like getting your mammies smashed by a machine but yes, it is good to do it yearly. Hate it but it needs to get done.

Thermography is better. Mammograms are NOT that great and may actually cause cancer.
Being the proponent of women's health issues that I am, I volunteer to do a breast exam for all of our lovely ladies absolutely free of charge. FYI: My fingernails are clean, most of my callouses have disappeared, I have no hangnails & I will limit my examinations to just the breasts if I absolutely have to! PM me any time!
