Easy peasy after you work out the details, which are important because rumor has it that The devil's in them and that's a whole nother bag of worms.

Just for fun:
5,700 mi x 5,280 ft/mi = 30,096,000 ft
6 ft/min x 60 min/hr = 360 ft/ hr
30,096,000 ft / 360ft/hr = 83,600 hrs
83,600 hrs / 4 hrs/day = 20,900 days (fn1)
20,900 days / 365.25 days/yr = 57.22 yrs.
Life expectancy of a sloth in the wild is 20 to 30 years.
footnote 1: This assumes the entire four hours the sloth is awake is used for travel in the most direct line. A more realistic assumption is two hours per day travel, which would also include adjustment for minimal detours. This would increase the overall time to more than a century.
