If we find the government not to our liking, then perhaps we are mismanaging, misusing, or neglecting it and need to take more responsibility for doing things properly instead of complaining that it isn't serving us. I personally think our government has become corrupted by undue monied interests, so it needs adjustment. The particular adjustment is campaign finance reform which no longer equate money with speech (allowing those with more money more voice). Making that adjustment will allow our government to become more responsive to the needs of more people, not just the 1%. So anytime someone complains about the government, I recommend they take steps to change the payroll system aka campaign finance reform.
