I am a firm believer in the “we are not alone” mindset. To think otherwise, to me, is both naive and arrogant.
@Science-guy I'm in agreement, and use the exact same phrase.
Why would anyone reasonably believe that humans are the only "intelligent" life in the universe? That's WAY naive and arrogant.

@KKGator if our existence is proof of anything one way or the other, it points in thr other direction. We are doing more things that will destroy our planet than save and protect it. And likely about to destroy human existence, and probably all other life as well. That's your proof? Got anything else?

@dartagnan6666 Honestly, I really don't care. I'm guessing, which is about all I'm willing to invest in the matter. Whether aliens exist or not doesn't really matter to me. Unless I come face to face with one, it's all conjecture. NDT doesn't know either.
