@MissKathleen It’s the feeling that no matter how good you are at something, somehow you aren’t as good as someone else would be. Or that you got there by fluke rather than because you earned it. I suspect it’s a by-product if being taught not to brag or being taught that one can always do more, be more, etc. [psychologytoday.com]
