Hm maybe.... ?
I believe the first time I ever saw Florida joked about in that manner was in the late 1990's on Comedy Central by a stand-up comic. "When I'm comin' outta the pool... I only got a 1-inch tool"

I see no earthly reason to go to Nebraska for any reason in any season!
One of the five of the fifty I've never been to, & the others are all right there, & I am in no hurry to finish the list!
