Bio/eco/scientist POV;
In most animal species the males are the more naturally beautiful member of the species.
The female....in the bio-tradition of remaining hidden to bear and raise young, depend on camouflage. The males....again, biologically....vie for women's attention...so the more naturally handsome the better.
Culture has encouraged women to beautify...you could call it the beginnings of sexual equality in humans started with women learning to use make-up.....
So guys...take the hint.
You want to stay attractive to the ladies?
Practice good grooming. Clean habits. Attention to details (clean breath, clothing, hair). Avoid the colorings, wigs, and other embellishments; or use them subtlely.
Or...deal with it. If you're ugly, you're ugly!

In the human species, having lots of money and being rich can negate the ugliness and make one very attractive to women. So I have noticed.
@noworry28 Not convinced. I went from pretty broke to pretty comfy with the $$$ but the attractiveness didn't change much. It was cool to throw around $$ in the 50's - 80's...then it seemed to fade IMO...
@Robecology you should come to South Florida, I have seen some pretty ugly rich guys with lots of beautiful women on their arms.
@noworry28 I lived in S. Fl most of my life. Married for some years, single for others. It’s only been since I moved up here in Ft. Pierce that I bought the Tesla (1st one in 2013l second just a couple months ago)...yea; I get it....ugly rich guys...might have hotties on their arms...but I’m guessing that getting them “in their lives” is another story....
True, Cover Girl, and Miss Clairol do work wonders for the ladies....LOL
