Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I've thought for some time that edibles, especially tasty ones, should be sold with an additional package of the same thing that has not been fortified with the "cannabis" to be available when the consumer gets hit by the munchies, thereby avoiding getting higher than what is prudent for the circumstances.

We'll have to talk sometime about who's childhood sucked more, but since then I heard its never too late to have a happy childhood, so now, at 76 I'm well into mine.

@dartagnan6666 oh I'm not done lol. You're right, it's never too late! My early childhood books were more of the Dick and Jane variety I don't remember a Dick and Jane eats edibles though ?

I've eaten caramels where I couldn't get off the couch! So I only eat about a third at a time...lol
I think that tinctures are the way to go if length of time of inset is a concern, 95% ethylene alcohol is the fastest when eyedroppered under your tongue and held there for a couple of minutes before swallowing. Should feel beginning of onset in 15 - 20 mins. (Strong alcohol will be harsh on the inside of your mouth's surfaces)
MCT (mid chain triglycerides) are way more eazy on your mouth, hold in mouth longer.
Any of it that is absorbed in you mouth will be effective sooner than any that is swallowed and then possessed in the stomach.
