It was only on for a short time, and only showed if you accessed the group through the group page.
I was just testing showing the photo for this group only to get some feedback. I'll remove it for now.

There are LOTS of times when I have no interest in seeing some of content posted. I've gotten pretty good at knowing when not to click a post. Having content blown up and on my feed like that, definitely removes the option for me to decide whether to look or not.
So is it going back to the old format? I'm at work and I'm popping in and out of here when I can
@MichelleGar1, @Captnron59 we'll probably move to showing the larger thumbnail by default (with setting to turn it off) once we get "like" button on the post row. We're trying to make it easier to add comments/likes and having to click to the post is a barrier.
I've yet to run into any real problems with the memes but then I use a big daddy tower computer and large screen computer.

like you I am spoiled by the large monitor, (43 inch) last night I was trying to show a picture on my phone and finally just gave up
@glennlab It sounds too frustrating to use a cell phone.

@Captnron59 I normally access the new ones from the recent photos, so I didn't notice it until you and KK called it out, I don't like it either,
