Pest insects are extending their territory and their season as warmer weather returns to the northern hemisphere sooner and sooner every year.
More pests = more crop damage, more pest-borne diseases, more pest bites, more infections and longer itch-periods from stronger biting insect.

Try putting them in a veal cage when they turn 2, and see if that doesn't keep them tender and tasty.
