Same here, never smoked in bed, never had an ashtray remotely close to it. I do have one book that I am reading but that's about it.

Same thing. When I smoked, it was outside, winter, spring, summer and fall. Smoking in bed is a fire hazard. I don't eat in bed either, I don't allow it.

I don't watch television in bed either.
I don't do anything in my bed except sleep. It's lovely to be single.

I go to bed with a book, a tablet and Alexa.

@RobertMartin I used to have a tv in my bedroom, but when it died, I didn't get another. Just have one now.
I used to have tremendous difficulty getting to, and staying, asleep. I participated in a sleep study, and made some changes.
Among them was drastically limiting what I did in my bed. No reading, no lounging, definitely no eating (that's just gross), no watching tv. Just sleeping.
Since I made those changes, I fall asleep faster, and stay asleep, unless I have to
get up and pee. Or the dog wakes me because she needs to go out.
Sleep is glorious. I won't mess with it.

@KKGator actually the only time I used the tv in the bedroom was earlier this year. It was the day before a colonoscopy, since I needed to be close to the bathroom.....
