I don't know about Metamucil but ensure is NASTY !! Ewwwwww
Once I was down to 99 lbs ( divorce / sad / etc ). I had no desire to eat and they were giving me this crap . One bottle of this and makes u wanna eat food again just to not have to see that crap again !!
I am 122 lbs today and steady for 8 yrs and proud to say , no ensure involved
