Mental cases are considered handicap . U got to be some level of crazy to be there every Sunday , u know ?

They give out the handicapped plackerds for mental handicaps in Texas. Of course I'm just basing that on how they drive.
@glennlab Does that include the state sport of drunk driving?....
@Lizard_of_Ahaz Nah, that is a whole special class. Lots of farmerettes, they get drunk and sow their wild oats on Saturday night, then go to church on Sunday and pray for crop failure.
