Shrek is a Scottish ogre with an unwanted donkey side kick. In contrast Fluffy is an overweight Hispanic (see Mexican) who was at an Irish pub trying to fit in with an imitation Irish accent.
Fluffy was getting drunk at the time and wanted to screw with their heads.
Fluffy operates under the premise "I'm not fat. I'm fluffy." Like wise Shrek is a heavy weight.
