Well I don't. So first what is the NCAA, and why would it need a bracket?
@davers NCAA: National Collegiate Athletic Association. In the USA, the NCAA is in charge of university sports. In March of every year, they have what they call the March Madness, a very popular university basketball tournament, a set of single direct elimination games following a huge bracket.
