Interesting little story.
I think he went into the witness protection program after his genocidal rage. And his "witnesses" have done a good job hiding him by not being able to provide any proof of him.

He hung around for forty days after coming back to life but did he have to kill himself before ascending to heaven ?. As suicide is a sin I think we should be told.
So good at it that he's never gotten around to doing tasks 1 through 4!
