They might belong to the same groups however? And be liking the same posts.

They could be getting precisely the alerts you do about new material being posted.
So there's a correlation. But it's not stalking. (I see a lot of the same people over and over again every day).

I'm not trying to pick on you - just let you know you're getting upset even though you asked a question. That was then answered.

You might need a break from the day to day feed on Trump? I know it was ruining my mood. So I've stopped watching. I catch local news - or a comedian with political commentary (easier to take that way). My friends know this and will alert me if something world impacting happens.

We're all stressed. Sigh.
