I just literally, catalogued a shooting in Anchorage, Alaska. I left that tab, came here, spent 30 minutes, went back.
9 more catalogued shootings, in the "Last 72 Hours" link. One of those 9 is a mass shooting in CA. We're off to a wicked nasty bloody weekend. (These are just today. These aren't the full 72 hours. These are 01/28/2023 shootings.)
The good news? Most routine shootings (how sick is that? That I find "good news" amidst all this violence, death and have become used to calling all this violence/death "routine".) are not deadly. In fact, now that the violence is waxing in Southern States, waining in the largest Urban areas sans Georgia and Texas the death toll is dropping. No one's even bothering to aim. Of course, that's sarcasm. Albeit it's true.)
