LINK At least 3 dead in mass shooting at Michigan State University
It's been a while since I bothered posting yet another mass school shooting. (What a horrible way to speak of such a tragedy. I don't normally feel "bothered" enough....) 
This one stood out because the shooter had no connection to the school or any of the victims.
(How sad is that? The press, and even me, decide what's noteworthy and unique enough to pass along by oddities of the incident. This was "breaking news" because there was no connection between the shooter and those shot. I'm #smh at my own self. How desensitized we really have become.)
Footnote: this incident didn't even deploy my active shooter app. Why? Because there were only 3 dead at the scene. Only* 3 dead. The FBI now requires 4 dead (without the shooter) before our apps trigger as a "mass" shooting.)
