Regulation works well in many countries and it certainly should be tried, but it will only deal with a small part of the problem. The real problem is the US character: worship of the individual over the collective, admiration of banditry in all its forms, and violence. These are cultural traditions that will be very hard to reform.

I read this, this morning. I see this as a good thing because a system can only be fixed if it is broken. It is clearly broken and we should not accept any more excuses.
