Iowa grants gun permits to the blind
My first thought was this has to be a joke. But it is on USA Today's website. An older article, but what? This is Iowa BTW. That says a lot. Next they will give them drivers licenses! Wow. I mean, just wow!

Idiots Out Wandering Around. Ask HC. We call Council Bluffs Council Tuckey. Not all are stupid, but when you cross that river bridge, I swear you loose 100 IQ points!
I have a friend who said he was in a gun shop and saw a legally blind guy in the middle of buying a shot gun. He said he overheard him say that his plan was to blast into the direction of the sounds of the intruder.
