@wowspring 1- that was for a completely different video posting... 2- why the hell can't anyone here just present something to discuss without you getting butt hurt and start calling people trolls and wanting to block them or ban them or what ever... It's called a DISCUSSION ...You should try it sometime, you may learn something new..

You've heard politicians talk about the internet? Or cars? Or engineering? Obviously there should be no laws about anything.
Certain gun shows do not allow sales without a background check.
Certain counties do not allow gun show sales without a background check.
Most states and the federal government, however, allow gun show sales without background checks.
Private sales are also not regulated in almost any way by the federal government and most states.
You can speak the truth and still be misleading propaganda.

Not true.. Federal law requires all dealers to do check on all gun sales in a store or at a gun show..... only private sellers are not required to do one.
USC 18, section 922 only makes it illegal for licensed dealers. Federal law does not prohibit unlicensed dealers from doing business at gun shows. State law only prohibits unlicensed dealers from participating/selling at gun shows in six states.
