There is a court case over a monkey that picked up a camera and managed to take some selfies. PETA says the copyright over the pictures belong to the monkey and any monies collected from selling the pics should go to the monkey. I kid you not. I'm sorry to say the monkey lost.
Did the monkey as an owner? Slavery lives!!!! I am not sorry the monkey lost. If monkey grabs a gun and shot a child... who you taking to court? Owner of gun? ...asumption the monkey did not owned the camera... Right?
That was the whole point, the owner of the camera was selling the monkey's "selfies" and PETA wanted some of it.
@MikeFlora you said it... his monkey, his camera, fuck peta. Trying to be oportunistic bastards, often they had done a lot of good for our animal friends but Not this time.
