We all suspected Sir Michael had his hand on the tiller with John Major and do a lesser extent Thatcher, but it all turned to shit when he turned away from Cameron.
Never my favourite politician and certainly not his politics but all power to him for speaking out.

It is called having the courage of his convictions. Just a pity that more don’t seem to have that courage. How could he possibly do otherwise, given the craven position of the Tories? Most Tory MPs know that leaving the EU is an act of monumental folly, except Bridgen and his band of swivel-eyed arch Brexiteers.
