Tonight I am introducing Ismael Isaac, reggae singer from Abidjian, Cote D'Ivoire. I particularly admire his tenor voice and ear for a shuffle beat. He released four discs in the 1990-2000 timeframe, then his last in 2014 after a lengthy hiatus. This is "Carte De Sejour," (translated as "residence permit" ) from his 2000 release:
