Great idea but with a few small changes

1. The Liberty state has to be on a volcanic island (to prove god will keep his own safe)
2. ALL Christians must go and live there, those who choose to remain must keep their faith in their own homes no where else, make no attempt to stand for office or impose their religious ideas on government state, federal or local, any attempt to do so will lead to immediate deportation to liberty for the offender.
3. Liberty will be allowed no army, national guard or other military or police, no guns and nothing that could be deemed to be in opposition to gods own peace which he personally will maintain among the true believers.
   3a) No hospitals, doctors or medical facilities of any sort that might interfere with the will of god, god must not be denied souls when he calls them to him.
   4)Witch and heretic burnings must use only renewable sources of clean fuel
4. They must at their own expense put up a large wall around the whole island to keep the rest of the world safe from them.
5. the last one of them to flee or die, must please turn out the lights.
